4. Calls, AI Interactions, and Recordings
Some communications with us may be recorded, monitored, logged, transcribed, or analyzed for purposes such as service delivery, quality assurance, training, system improvement, troubleshooting, documentation, and compliance support. Where the law requires consent to record a call, we will tell you at the beginning of the call that it may be recorded, and by continuing the call you consent to the recording. We do not use voice recordings or voice inputs to create voiceprints or to identify you by your voice, and we do not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information as those terms are defined in the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act. We do not permit our AI and communications vendors to use your recordings, transcripts, or chat content to train their own general-purpose AI models.

Advertising and Analytics Partners
We allow advertising and analytics partners to collect information through cookies and pixels on our Services, as described in Section 5. Under some state privacy laws, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or targeted advertising. See Section 11 for your choices.
Business Transfers
We may disclose information as part of an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, restructuring, or similar business transaction.
Legal and Protective Purposes
We may disclose information where we believe doing so is necessary or appropriate to: comply with law, legal process, or governmental request; enforce our agreements or policies; protect our rights, property, or safety; protect users, clients, or the public; or investigate fraud, security, or technical issues.
With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information where you direct us to do so or where you otherwise consent.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or depend on third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or data practices of third parties. Your use of those services is governed by their own policies and terms.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs.
10. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no website, platform, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We do not guarantee absolute security.
11. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request:
- Access to certain personal information we hold about you;
- Correction of inaccurate information;
- Deletion of certain personal information;
- Information about categories of personal information collected, used, or disclosed; or
- The ability to opt out of certain types of targeted advertising or certain disclosures considered “sharing” under applicable law.
To submit a privacy request, contact us using the contact information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response or by emailing us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), to the extent it applies to us, which gives consumers rights such as the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out in certain circumstances.
Because privacy laws continue to expand across multiple states, rights available to you may depend on your state of residence and the nature of your relationship with us.
12. Marketing Communications
We may send you service-related communications and, where permitted by law, promotional communications. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending transactional or service-related messages.
SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from BuiltForward Partners LLC about your inquiry, appointments, requested resources, and related services, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help or contact us using the information below.
13. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
14. International Users
Our Services are intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
15. Do Not Track
Some browsers may transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for how to interpret these signals, our Services may not respond to them in a uniform manner. Where required by applicable law, we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the Effective Date above. If we make material changes, we may also provide additional notice, such as a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Privacy Policy.
